Balsam Vinegar

A blend of fine quality white wine vinegar infused with natural Williams Christ pear fruit juice to create this versatile Balsam Cream vinegar. This speciality vinegar is ideal for desserts with its refined sweetness and highly aromatic nature. However, it also excels in fruit and leaf salads, poultry & pork dishes as well as light sauces.

  • Ideal for ice-based desserts, fruit salads, young leaf green salads and soft & creamy cheeses.
  • Try roasting a leg or pork and then deglazing the roasting pan with this vinegar. Blend the juices with fresh sprigs of thyme or rosemary, to make gravy with a Deli-cious difference.
  • Add a splash to sparkling wine or water for a refreshing aperitif.
  • Create a dressing with our Olive Oil infused with Rosemary.
