  • Mix with a little honey and drizzle over halved figs, sprinkle with roast hazelnuts, and bake in the oven. Serve with cream.
  • Great for sauces or gravies for steak, venison or rabbit.
  • Mix with our Walnut or Hazelnut oil for an autumn salad dressing.
  • Use to baste chicken, pork or lamb, especially when mixed with Olive Oil infused with Tuscan Herbs.
