This robust but refined olive oil made from Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino olives is harvested & pressed on the hills of Mount Montalbano in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

However, it best expresses its distinct qualities when used raw on salads, vegetables, pulse soups, roasted meats, and on the traditional Tuscan “bruschetta”.
